Throughout the process
A professional manufacturer must have a professional quality control team to ensure the quality of its products. Our QC department maintains at least 5 QCs, each of whom is specially trained and certified. They work closely with the production department and are present in key position of the production process, through every step, from incoming material, emulsification, filling, packaging, to the finished-inspection, ensuring that every step is correct to ensure the quality of the final product.

Final inspection
Before shipping, our QC team will take samples according to AQL standards, conduct physical and functional inspections, and provide you with a comprehensive product inspection report.
Stability test
After you confirm a complete sample, we perform a stability test report to ensure that the entire product remains reliable under harsh conditions.
Microbiological test
Our in-house laboratory has incubators for microbiological testing according to USP 61 & 62 or EP 2.6.12 & 2.6.13.
Challenge test
Our in-house laboratory has incubators to challenge test the effectiveness of preservatives according to the USP51 method.
TRA test
This test requires specialized equipment, which we will send to an authoritative third party for testing(if you need it), and we guarantee that the product will pass the test.
Heavy metal test
This test requires specialized equipment, which we will send to an authoritative third party for testing(if you need it), and we guarantee that the product will pass the test.
